- A copy of the original invoice must be provided for the return.
- Merchandise being returned must be undamaged, unopened, uncut, and in its original package. We do not accept partial or opened pallets for return.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all orders upon receipt or delivery for accuracy. All claims must be reported within 24 hours. If no claim is made within this timeframe the order delivered will be considered accurate.
- All sales of natural stone products, artificial stone products, special orders, gravel, mulches, and soils are FINAL. All authorized returns are for store credit, will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and are at management’s discretion.
- Any refund will be issued in the same manner of payment as it was originally made up to 30 days from date of purchase. All cheques must wait 10 days to clear for a cash refund. After 30 Days from date of purchase, a merchandise credit will be issued for any returns. Any approved return will be credited to the account where overdue amounts are pending.
- Any request for Stone Landscapes to pick up authorized returned material will be subject to a delivery charge. (See delivery fee chart)
- A copy of the original invoice must be provided for the return.
- There is a deposit on each pallet of $15.00. Pallets returned in good condition will receive a full credit. Non-deposit pallets have no cash value.
- We will gladly refund any pallet deposits returned in good, reusable condition only. The pallet must have been purchased from Stone Landscapes Inc.
- All pallets picked up for return will be charged a delivery fee. (See delivery fee chart)
- Our prices are subject to change without notice as we endeavor to offer you competitive prices.
- Sales tax will be charged on all applicable items unless a tax-exempt certificate is on file in our accounting office.
- Quotes and volume discounts are only valid if provided by management personnel. You will receive a signed official written quote; verbal quotes are not valid.
- When our staff assists in an estimate, it is to the best of our ability without visiting your site. We use the measurements provided by you to assist you in purchasing. We take no responsibility for our estimations and encourage you to check all numbers before ordering.
Proprietary Use of Photos:
Please be aware that all photos used in our colour literature, sent via E-mail, or located on our website are the property of Stone Landscapes Inc. or affiliates and cannot be used without our written consent. Stone Landscapes inc. has legally purchased or obtained the rights to use the photos. Our intent is to help provide a pleasing viewing experience, generate ideas and to aid in selection. The colour and quality of the individual photos may not be accurate due to the limitations of the camera, image on screen or print. Environmental factors such as harsh sunlight or overcast sky will also have an impact on true colour rendition. It is highly recommended that before you finalize your stone selection, that you visit our facility to view our inventory or sample displays as available.

Unilock® provides a lifetime guarantee on the structural integrity of its paving stones to the original purchaser of the product for residential use. Materials installed using our installation guidelines that prove defective will be replaced without cost. Colour matching cannot be guaranteed and replacement labor is not included. Proof of purchase is required.

- The OAKS Strength & Integrity Lifetime Guarantee
1.Oaks provides a lifetime guarantee on the strength & structural integrity of its concrete products to the original purchaser of the product for residential use. Material installed using the Oaks installation guidelines that prove to be defective will be replaced without cost to the original owner. Colour matching and efflorescence cannot be guaranteed. Replacement labour and shipping is not included. Proof of purchase is required.

- Hanson Product Warranty
All pavers manufactured by Hanson Hardscape Products meet or exceed the specification, ASTM designation C-936, for solid concrete interlocking paver units. By manufacturing to this specification, Hanson Hardscape Products warranties the structural integrity of our pavers for five years. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or minor chipping or spalling. All pavers covered by this warranty must be installed to meet or exceed industry standard for concrete interlocking pavers.
